I’ve wanted an Eames Lounge Chair since I became an adult (That was a long time ago). I had heard good things about the replica that Sohnne offers, so I finally pulled the trigger. When I got the chair the packaging was very nice and felt high end. The instructions were easy to follow. I also used the video instructions on Sohnne’s website. I absolutely love the chair. The quality is good and it looks perfect. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Within the agreed 6-day, the product was delivered on time. The box contained all the required tools, and the assembly guide was fairly simple to follow. The chair features the best leather and an amazing wood finish. It looks just like the product pics. I also got in call with Matthew to ask him how to install it,, the headrest in particular. He answered very away and was very helpful. He went so far as to offer help if I continued to have trouble installing this eames. Overall, positive experience with the service.
My communication with Sohnne was excellent. They answered questions immediately prior to purchase and during shipping process. Chair arrived in 2 boxes. Needed an extra set of hands to put together but instructions were clear. Quality is above and beyond. Did not expect to be as good as it is. My Eames chair replica looks and feels almost like the real thing. I don’t think you can get any better for the price.
